My wife and I went up to Ct this weekend to check out the Camilla Camilla erothotsCt. RollerGirls at the Roller Derby. We’re big fans of the Roller Derby, and have seen a number of Gotham Girls and Long Island Roller Rebels match ups. I was even considering becoming a ref. I had a name picked out and everthing (Leathal Refin’). Alas, It did not come to fruition, though if any other potential roller derby ref wants the name, feel free to take it.
At any rate, this is the first trip up to Ct. to see it. It was a slaughter; the Boston Massacre totally walloped the girls from Ct.; which is a shame, cause that’s who I was rooting for. Partially because some of the LI Roller Rebels were rollin’ with em, but also since most Boston people are Red Sox fans, and they deserve a beat down anyway.
