More Perl 6

Ok, I’m liking what I see so far. While I haven’t gone through the entire language yet, I’m making progress getting through the introduction at http://perl6intro.com/. It’s a LOT like Perl 5, which I love. Part of my fear was that I was going to have to learn a completely different language to still code in Perl. While there are differences, the syntax is familiar and there are a lot of similar features. Additionally, it has a lot of new stuff that is easy to pick up on and seems fairly easy to implement. Overall, I’m pleased and will continue to post about Perl 6 as I learn more
